Terrible accommodation with water leaks in rooms making an extremely unpleasant smell. When speaking to staff about this it was ignored and told that's just the way it is. Destinations changed which were not comparable with what was booked and payed for. Island completely missed with no compensation on board. Unhelpful staff who try to palm off every issue as "nothing can be done until you return home".

Medical staff are incompetent and overlooked a medical condition I experienced while on board which landed me in hospital for 2 days once arriving home. Compensation offered in writing over email yet months later and no refund received and ignored on every attempt to find out the progress. I would not recommend P&O to anyone. From my experience they seem to be the Air Asia of the sea.

Still waiting on refund offer back on April 3rd. Since then I have been ignored in all aspects.
