We wanted to cruise to the Panama Canal. We selected Caribbean Princess because we had cruised with them 6 times before (on this same ship), but had not been aboard since 2012. Living in Orlando, it was a 3 1/2 hour drive. Embarkation was very fast. Smiling employees show that they are happy to work for Princess, very important to observe. Our cabin was C328 on deck 10 Caribe. Excellent location and great service. Room was clean and great smelling. My wife and I are 70 so location was important to us, and we were quite happy. Princess has a peculiar design and it is very easy to get around without getting lost. Decor was first class as always. This was our first time using the medallion and we loved it. Being connected to the ship was fun, even while waiting for an elevator because there was always a large screen to do things while waiting. Dining was excellent. I was glad that they turned back guests not properly dressed. Service was a 10. Entertainment was a 10. Employees were great and many remembered our names. The ports are well worth visiting. Enjoyed Cartagena Colombia, Panama Canal. Lido deck food was great and varied. The Piazza enjoyable to sit and enjoy. We will definitely travel again. Debarkation was fast, zero problems. Would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful ship, great food and entertainment.
