Booked three veranda state rooms for our family vacation. On the second day we returned to our room and there was a very strong paint oder. So bad that several people in our group developed headaches and became nauseous. Complained to guest services and they apologized and said they would cancel the next days work. Returned after dinner and found a note on the door they would be working on our room the next day. Again called and complained, work was canceled. Food was terrible. Served cold or over cooked. No taste very bland. Staff was more interested in pushing wine and drinks than serving meals. Service was hit or miss. Many times drinks were not refilled and no-one bothered to check after the meal was served if anything else was needed or if the food was OK. Halloween On The High Seas was joke. No organization at all. Absolute chaos when trick or treat started. Was supposed to be for children only but many adults tried to horn in only to add to the confusion. Nassau the port of call is nothing but a tourist trap with hucksters lining the route. Castaway Key was a fun day except for the lunch served on the island. Food was good and many choices. This looked like a scene out of The Birds as we had to fight them off as we tried to get food , staff could care less and did nothing to shoo them away or cover the food. This was our fifth Disney Cruise and last. The magic is gone not what it used to be. Disney charges the most and delivers the least.
