First day there was a lot of Encouragement for us to purchase WiFi so we could use their Royal IQ app however it hardly ever works. Great example cancelled a shore activity on the app last night for an activity in 2 days but still showing today. Go & see them in person & they say too bad still have to pay as need to give 48 hours notice. If app worked last night it would be ok so not fair & clearly all about money. Just a number on this very big ship! There is very little focus on adults traveling without children & has many conversations with other passengers that are also finding it difficult to find quiet areas for adults. Pool allocation for adults is poor. There are no free movies other than a few children’s one so purchased one for $20 Australian thinking you could watch it again in a few days & you only have it for 24 hours. If you don’t mind just being a number & or not really fussed on genuine customer care then this is the cruise for you. We won’t be doing it again - too much focus on money with little service.
