We chose this cruise to experience some latin flavour and of coarse Cape Horn... a Magellan dream.
The facts are:
Buenos Aris port where the ship docked for two days is awful. Shipping containers, strattle-carriers, trucks constantly beeping, jackhammers, noisy port. The ship was sandwiched between mountains of shipping containers,affording the view. One could literally taste the pollution, using the balcony was impossible.

The balcony is 4ft by 8-1/2 ft, disappointing with mismatched worn seating. Do the attendants have a mandatory checklist to properly attend to guests that have paid thousand?
