We were so looking forward to a step up from Carnival so we chose Princess. What a huge disappointment. Their website is full of FALSE information. Where should I begin. Our stateroom was extremely small. Very few shelves to put clothes, bathroom was tiny and showerhead was broken and toilet kept getting clogged. Refrig in room is not a refrig it is a cooler box, barely kept water cool. The only amenties in the bathroom were shampoo and conditioner and hand cream. I pre ordered robes and still had to ask twice and was then given a wrinkled mess. When the couch was opened to a bed you could not get to the chair and desk and could not open the refrig.

I preordered 1unlimited soda card and 1 unlimited and more which was suppose to included unlimited milk shakes. This ship does not offer shakes. When I went to customer service to point this out they offered to downgrade but wanted the cup back that they gave. I decided to keep the card because it also included unlimited hot chocolate to later find out that hot chocolate was free for everyone in the buffet. There was no indoor driving range as stated on the website, it was 2 batting cages by the basketball court. Laser shooting was for 18 and older. This also was not stated on the website. Website shows a Crab Shake and Fondue restaurant but does not say upcharge and there is. Service in the dining room was very poor, no personalization at all. Service and food was better in the buffet. Entertainment was next to none. Hardly any music during the day by the pool, they showed movies all day. At night there was nothing to do as a family. The Pub Show that was put on by the entertainment crew was horrible, I was embarrassed for them. This seemed like the no fun ship! When I booked, the Princess representative told me that the Gelato was free and it wasn't. Room service told me that they were too busy to deliver the fresh fruit I had ordered.

On the morning of disembarkation my son was not feeling well and they would not let us off the ship until our set time. There was no customer service on this ship. Carnival is top notch compared to this Princess ship. I would book Carnival 10 over before Princess. This is for an older crowd not for families unless you want to put your kids in camp the whole time. Never again!

Cabin Review

Way too small. Can sit on the toilet and brush your teeth at the same time. Not enough shelves, towels seemed old, refrig is a cooler box, tiolets kept getting clogged. Carnival rooms much better.
