We loved the historical sites experienced in the wonderful free and optional tours of the itinerary selected by the designers of the cruise. Our selection of the excursions available provided excellent activities for us commensurate with our age (elderly) and physical capabilities. The size of the optional groups (and even of the entire group aboard ship) was small and not uncomfortably overwhelming as we encountered aboard ocean cruise ships. The crew and workers aboard the Legend were all dedicated to providing their guests with optimum experiences. We noted that very quickly the staff on board began to remember our names--and we theirs. The open seating at the meals allowed us to circulate among the other passengers aboard so that we became familiar with many others. It was a congenial group overall. The food aboard was wonderful offering at each meal a buffet of several new options and a menu of fare that could be prepared to order. So far, the best cruise taken of our three thus far!

Unusually large and comfortable with sliding glass doors providing excellent views. Steward very friendly and efficient.
