We chose this cruise based on the marketing done by scenic and had expectations of a five star luxury cruise. This was not the case, the air conditioning on the ship was inconsistent in the lounge and the bar service was slow with inattentive servers. The first time we called our “butler”, there was no answer. Apparently, they are also waiters and thus not always readily available.

The housekeeping section was excellent with the cabin clean and well stocked.

Embarkation and disembarkation went smoothly, and entertainment focused on local culture themes. The guides on the port excursions were excellent and the food was good. The special concert was a memorable moment and thoroughly enjoyed. Read more
