Went with another family on this cruise. I have cruised many lines, this by far was the worst one I've been on. The door lock was broken, to start the trip out with it took 6 people about 3 hours to fix, change, re-program our cards etc. The lights in the room were out, one they did change, the other they did not. Our toilet did not work properly. 4 times we had to call and report. The WiFi is a hoax!! My husband who mind you is an engineer, follows directions and has his masters degree, used only 9 minutes of the time we had pre paid for. He turned wifi off on his iPhone and went the next day to use it and check email, and poof! GONE!! All 250 minutes!! They would not refund that money, they would not even put it towards another package! We had to pay! IF YOU DO NOT TYPE IN LOGOUT.COM in safari you will be logged in and the minutes you have paid for will be gone!!! The cruise director, Jackie, was more impressed with himself than anything else on the ship. He was an entertainer who I imagine felt the need to talk. He gave misdirections when we had to go through customs and got everyone screwed up and angry. It was a fiasco!! I wouldn't cruise with this crew ever again. Very unorganized and the crew seemed over worked and tired. I swear only a handful smiled!!!
Our room guy was great!! He did his best with the broken door, the broken bathroom and the lights that did not work. It wasn't his fault that he was stuck on that ship!!
The Miami port was fine, and check in was good.
Unorganized and so weird that you have to take a water taxi and then pass right by the ship again on the same taxi. It was a money grab!! Monkey River Cruise.
