Sail Date: Dec 2016

Our trip was designed to be a pre-holiday get away. The sailing was OK but not special. I probably won't sail on this itinerary again even as short get away. Several public restrooms were out of order. The entertainment was stale. It seemed to be stuck in the 70's. Housekeeping staff was outstanding. Overall all the staff was friendly and helpful. As for the dinning, I didn't experience a single meal that was note worthy. The menu was very limited. I kept expecting expecting that WOW meal which never happen. I understand that I may have to visit the specialty restaurants to get that special dinning experience. In anther time I looked forward to a formal dinner being apart of the sailing experience. Not on this trip, I was once turned away from the dinner dinning room because I didn't meet the dress code (not on Princess). I'm still a fan of sailing with Princess because of the previous pleasant sailings.

Not much of an upgrade from ocean view.
