Review for a South Pacific Cruise on Norwegian Spirit

I was nervous that the Norwegian Spirit wouldn’t be as nice an experience as Celebrity’s Equinox but it actually exceeded my expectations. Wonderful staff and service. Excellent food. Lots of fun entertainment and activities offered. Great basic drink package that included everything from martinis to Irish coffee, pina coladas and Coronas. The ship was smaller than the Equinox but nicely updated ...

This was our honeymoon cruise. Neither of us had been to Australia or New Zealand and we thought this would be a great opportunity to see that side of the world. FOOD: - We loved love loved Onda. The food was superb and the service was just top notch. Cagneys was good but the service was just so so. Le Bistro was not worth it! It was very hot inside, the service was lacking and the food was ...

If you have vertigo like I have, this is not a ship for you The ship is old and not heavy enough and wobbles a lot The rooms are so small, rooms and hallways smell horrible we complained unfortunately they only added chemical to the bathroom pipes which only reduced it just a little Also the servers at Garden Buffet are not professional We noticed most of them constantly are sexually ...

This is our 3rd time on a cruiseship, 1st time on this one. The waiters and bar staff were amazing, got on better with them than the passengers. Food was good, Cabin was ok, we asked for an Oceanview and got a porthole, a big deal breaker for me was no access to do laundry or ironing, you had to pay to have your laundry done and was very expensive especially being from NZ and everything was in ...

Australia, New Zealand is why we chose this cruise. We were not disappointed by the ports although due to weather we had to MISS 2 PORTS!! I was so excited to sail on Norwegian as their reputation was that they were above a lot of the cruise lines that are in the same class/cost. We had always cruised Carnival. The good: The ports! The ship was completely renovated and clean. Really ...

Overall, I like this ship with all the improvements and updates. And as long as things are going good, the crew is very helpful. However, after taking all precautions and wearing a mask every day, about 3/4 of the way into to cruise I test positive for Covid 19. I did the right thing by reporting my situation to the medical center on the ship. At this point, cruise service became basically ...

#NCLSpiritoftheSeason #norwegiancruiselineauz #NorwegianSpirit Wow just had an amazing time being shown the Norwegian Spirit. NCL Australia organised a competition that gave the lucky winners a chance to go onboard and see the newly refurbished Spirit, it included a full ship tour, dinner and a show. Firstly, a HUGE thank you to so many people involved in this promotion as it made ...

I like this size and type of ship

I chose the trip for the itinerary, but also like this size of ship. I prefer ships which can go through the older locks of the Panama Canal and prefer ships without water slides and amusement park type rides because I go on the cruise ships for the places they visit and the convenience of living on the ship between shore visits. I also like having the smaller number of people on the ship, ...

The crew should get an award from NCL they worked so hard. Some of them haven’t seen their families in months. Even though I didn’t go to many ports out of my 29 cruises on NCL I have never had a better experience. I almost didn’t want to leave but the circumstances on land made me want to go home. The food was Great I had the free at sea dining along with me being a Platinum member includes 7 ...
