I have cruised NCL many times and have been on the Jade before. Things have changed with this cruise line. Customer service was not good. Could not get a water bottle or even a pad of paper and pen for the room. Was told this was only available for full suites and above, we had a balcony suite. Started with a weather issue and Bermuda drop as a port; we did not find this out until we were in the check-in line. Not a problem, no one can control the weather!
