We had not cruised for several years (pandemic and health issues) and were really excited to try a luxury cruise line. All of our previous 20 or so cruises have been with Premium cruise lines. I chose this cruise for the itinerary. The experience was 0 stars.
1. Free WIFI was mostly no WIFI, when it was available it was agonizingly slow and kept disconnecting, allowed one device per cabin. IT was totally not interested in solving connection issues. Movies were not updated for 6 months.

The cabin D7017 is small and poorly appointed with a small dressing table, minimum storage facilities, particularly if a long voyage.
The bathroom small but manageable however the shower cubicle is pokey!
Television channels are extremely limited and there is no interactive channel.
Frankly it looked rather 'tired'.

Have cruised Royal Caribbean HAL and Princess. This was our first Cunard experience. Ship was elegant but not glitzy. Service was excellent but very much “this is Cunard and this is how it’s done”. We also left San Francisco 2/5/18 for Sydney on Q2. The Itinerary was great, the Ship clean, and the crew professional. However, with a number of 4-5 day stretches at sea, one would expect some professional entertainment and varied daytime activities. We sailed from San Francisco (February 4, 2017), with final destination in Sydney. It sure beat having to fly from Orlando, to Sydney.
