My experience started off very well but began to wain at the end. My wife and I were not met at the airport by one RC staff but by three for an individual transport to the ship's terminal. I've only ever been on Ovation of the seas and have loved it every time, although there has been some disadvantaged like missed ports or medical emergencies, overall it is an amazing ship.
