Surpassing our expectations, my family thoroughly enjoyed our cruise!

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Harmony of the Seas

Our recent cruise was a delightful surprise for my family and I, especially considering the negative reviews we had read prior. Despite initial concerns about poor food quality, rude staff, and other issues, we found our experience to be quite the opposite. Harmony exceeded our expectations with its excellent maintenance and upkeep. Food across all dining options surpassed our expectations, with ...

We have cruised quite a bit over the years and this one amazing ship. It is large (we had 7026 total guests and a crew of 2000+. We had an inside balcony at the aft end of the ship overlooking the arcade area. We could see the carousel, the water show and the gulf looking back. Not an ideal ocean view but not bad. At least we could sit on the balcony. The food overall was very good. On lobster ...

We really liked the upgrades to the Harmony

We sailed previously on the Allure out of Galveston in February 2023, and we wanted to experience the Harmony, since it had been upgraded, and the Allure had not been. We had checked in early and had an 11 AM boarding time so we headed there early in the day especially because Royal had sent multiple reminders of the Mardi Gras parades impact to traffic. However, traffic was light and we ended ...

This was a company paid cruise and my first one to go on. We had a great time and now would like to go on another! The crew were amazing! The ship was clean and full of activities for everyone in our group of all ages. The food was fantastic. The service in the main dining room was perfect. The rooms were spacious with lots of storage and the stewardess that we had was so kind and beyond helpful. ...

We were in stateroom, let me tell you how AMAZING it was. The first day they helped us out with everything that we needed, all the crew members were so incredibly amazing. The food was so delicious. When you do the my time dinning, ask to get Miguel. He was amazing! He helped us out with ordering our food and he also gave us his recommended some food. Harmony is a beautiful ship with amazing crew & captain! The food, activities, shows (especially the acrobatic & stunts show 'The Fine Line' in Aqua theater & the Ice Skating show '1887:A Journey in Time') were all excellent! Service was top notch! The staff/crew were simply superb, esp. in the Main Dining rooms and Buffet...very helpful, attentive, friendly & professional. (If you need anything ...

We loved this ship. It's BIG! It took me 2 days to figure out how to get around the ship. After that it was a breeze and better not to have to walk from fore to aft to find what you are looking for. We were on the Central Park. Who said that you can't have beautiful, trees, and flowers and ivy setting on a ship. This was great. The staff was very good and was always there to help. The food ...

Harmony of the Seas did not disappoint!

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Harmony of the Seas

We chose this cruise because of the great reviews, the size of the ship and the ports. It was AMAZING! We went to St Maarten/St Martin first, then St Thomas and last was Coco Cay. It was all wonderful! We had the BEST time with our cab driver in St Maarten. For $50 each, he showed us both sides of the island, Moho Beach, and so much more. He stopped each time we asked, including at a wonderful ...

We chose the Harmony of the Seas specifically for the intinerary of St. Maarten, St. Thomas and Perfect Day at Coco Cay. The cruise ship did not disappoint us. We didn't have to change the itin but Hurricane Tammy made for some really rough seas. We experienced some 12-15 foot swells. Made for some serious rocking and rolling even on this massive ship. Luckily no one in our group experienced ...

Embarkation: We left from RC Miami cruise port and the process was easy and fast. It was my first time on Royal Caribbean so my trip started amazing. Balloon Drop: On the first night there was a balloon drop on deck 5. It was very crowded but it was fun for my 12-year-old son. Food: The food on this ship was amazing MOST of the time. The best food I had was surprisingly in the MDR. The food ...
