I am very satisfied and grateful in general with the experience on board of the Enchantment of the Seas cruise. Excellent service and comfort. The ship's facilities (rastaurants, bars, club, pools, casino, stores, staterooms, public areas..) each place in general is very beautiful, very well equipped and clean. The food was spectacular, very varied, a lot of options and deliciuos taste, as well as ...
My husband and I are pretty loyal to Royal Caribbean and each cruise we've been on has exceeded our expectations.
Our most recent cruise was in May to the Bahamas for three nights. We typically book a room with a balcony, but since this was a short trip (and I got a great deal!) we chose an interior room on the third deck. My stateroom was perfect! My husband is used to his balcony, but ...
I chose Royal Caribbean because I have been on many cruises before and I never had a problem. This cruise was different......the weather was horrible( not Royal Carribean fault)
It was Mothers Day and we were not told children cruised for FREE!!!(to many kids) I chose my time dinning and was treated different. I was asked where I sat the night before??? Why? The entertainment was far and few. ...
I chose this cruise because of dates and destination met my needs. I was extremely disappointed with staff service. The boat is visibly out dated. The rust and broken parts of the banister were an eye sore and concern for sturdiness. The bathroom towels were ripped and thin. The bathroom had a horrible smell the entire trip. The main dining room staff were the worst on our last night. The steaks ...
We were excited for the destinations offered - Orlando, CoCo Cay and Nassau. Unfortunately, there is not enough time to fully enjoy the Walt Disney World Parks based on the transfer time and length of time in the port of call (we spent as much time getting to/from park as we did at the park). As such, I don't recommend wasting your money the shore excursion to Disney or the price of Disney ...
This was our only chance to take a cruise before work commitments and was very much enjoyed. We will definitely be going again next year. Embarkation was very well organized and swift. The crew and staff were great, the food was delicious with a huge variety to choose from served fresh everyday. Our waiter and his assistant were great at recommending what food was being served and recommendations ...
We love traveling with RCCL. always a great time. Our wait staff on theAdventure was great Waiter (Luis) asst waiter (Diwaker) and Matre D (Andre).
Went over and above. The look of the Ship is great. Elegant dinning room. The Eagles tribute band was top notch. Along with the bands playing at pool side was a Reggae groupthat mad you feel like you were in Jamaica. They seemed to be ...
We totally enjoyed this particular cruise three years ago, and wanted to experience it again. Coco Cay was the highlight of the trip for us. I traveled with my two adult sisters and adult niece. We had a fantastic time! The dining room staff in both the Windjammer Cafe and My Fair Lady Dining room were EXCELLENT! The Cruise Director was Outstanding! My sisters, niece, and I plan a family get ...
I have sailed on RC before..... it was great. This time, food was HORRIBLE, filthy public bathrooms, short staffed, ran out of vodka to take home, inconsistent air conditioning, areas of the ship smelled like a cesspool, no ventilation in elevators, no coffee etc by pools, had to walk soooooo far for a coffee or iced tea etc., waited 10-15 minutes to get a drink at the bar at dinnertime. When I ...
Cruise was overcrowded to the point that you have to waited over a 30 minutes everywhere in ship even in the pool which is ridiculous. The ship had 6 hot tubs all of them overcrowded and children under 7 years will not allow adults to get in it cause it was a small pool to them to jump and play around and stafff will not remove them or said anything to them. Children were running around the ship ...
