This was my first Viking cruise experience. Many if not most of the passengers were repeat Viking customers and every single one said this was "not up to Viking standards". We selected this cruise for exclusivity, serenity and education. What a SHOCK when 20 or more young junior English loutish "travel agents" were given a free cruise.
