Very disappointed in Regent. You can tell that they are cutting corners, especially on the food. The staff are friendly, the highlight of this trip. Many new people, not well trained, especially at the patio grill. They never got my order right. The internet in our cabin was non existent. Their IT guy told us to stand in the hall to receive wifi. I was a little concerned when I read bad reviews of Mariner: poor service, poor food, outdated suites.
