Hotel manager in the Cielo Dining Room was just amazing. He always welcomed guest with a smile and was welcoming. We saw Filipe at Breakfast and dinner and he always took time to speak to us.

"Leading by example" is always a good thing in the hospitality industry. Jackson demonstrates to exceed this statement, as we observed him in the BUffet area. He was always ask us if he could prepare some thing that we liked or made a recommendation on an alternative. Great to see that on cruises.. Princess should be proud to have Jackson on board.

2 week Caribbean Cruise
"On the plus side; Sky is a beautiful ship kept spotlessly clean Our balcony cabin was very comfortable and kept immaculate by our friendly steward Zaldi Princess were generous in relation to the luggage situation giving us some credit to buy essentials in their shops and gave us a new suitcase when ours finally turned up damaged Food quality was very good throughout the ship, as were drinks when you sussed out what was available in each bar as it varied Without exception we found all staff friendly and helpful The itinerary allowed for a decent amount of time in port - perhaps excepting Fort Lauderdale The excursions we took we enjoyed and thought fair value for money.Even saw topless men in the buffet - this is unhygienic and should be stopped Could regularly smell cigarettes in non smoking areas - not enforced and officers not visible enough Princess had us off the ship by 8 am for a 5 pm flight, took us straight to the airport and left us there...."Read More

Sky Princess Cruise Was Great -- And Scuba Diving Was Easy

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Sky Princess

Just got back from the Western Caribbean and Mexico on a Sky Princess cruise with three other couples. It’s really easy for passengers to arrange a two-tank dive in advance while visiting Roatan in the Honduras Bay Islands, as well as other Caribbean ports like Cozumel and Costa Maya. We chose Sun Divers Roatan, as well as Papa Hog's Scuba Emporium in Cozumel and Amigos del Mar in Costa ...

We are cruisers in our 70s and Elite status on Princess. This is the last cruise we will take with them as they no longer want to cater to our age group. We will take our cruise dollars to Seabourn etc who don’t seem to collect their passengers from a nearby trailer park. The ship is lovely and the food is still great. The service is amazing but why keep up the pretence at a dress code when ...

Extremely Disappointed

We were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a beautiful mini suite in front of the ship. Princess has always been our go to cruise line. The cruise workers were exceptional like always,no complaints. But the buck stops there. This was our 19th cruise with them our 50th in total. However, we were so disappointed with the shows, the entertainment and also the quality of some of the ...

Very Good But Not Ideal

Overall, this was my third cruise with Princess. While it was my second time post-pandemic, I'm observing Princess' evolution in the wake of losses sustained during the worst of the Covid-19 pandemic. Princess has definitely implemented many small changes across the spectrum. It probably still is a "premium" line because all of the other cruise lines have faced the same realities and have made ...

I had never been to some of the ports on the Western Caribbean, including Roatan, and Costa Maya, so booked this cruise. The Sky Princess is a fabulous ship! It never seemed crowded, even with 3500 passengers on board. The crew and staff were wonderful for the most part. The room steward I had did not stop by to introduce himself, so I used the Crew Chat and he came by finally....he was very ...

My husband & I completed 2 1 week cruises back to back over the Christmas and new year period. The ship is bright modern and clean. The food in the main dining rooms was very good. The food in the Horizon cafe (buffet) was also good & usually it was fresh and hot. One of the best ships I’ve been on for fun entertainment the princess live bar was great fun. The voice of the ocean ...

My 1st Cruise

Review for a Caribbean - Western Cruise on Sky Princess

I chose Princess for my 1st cruise, because it has been a lifelong dream. I chose Sky for the itinerary and dates available. We were celebrating our 27th anniversary, and I wanted it to be Special. The room was Beautiful, the steward was Amazing. The weather (which has nothing to do with the cruise line) was Terrible. There was a group of about 900 (almost a third of the guests) together, ...

Loved the room key air tag just to know exactly where my sneaky teen was 24/7!

This was a father/son trip, and we were not disappointed on this one, my 25th cruise. Imagine my fatherly satisfaction when I found my son behaving when I spied on him on the pool deck because I knew exactly where he was 24/7 thanks to the free ship app! He didn't know that. Or at least I don't think he knew that. In the meantime, I got to enjoy a good book accompanied by the endless soft ...

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Sky Princess

We just returned from a wk long eastern Caribbean on Sky Feb 10th sailing. This ship was a full ship and from what we heard was over sold. We sailed on the Ruby Princess last year and loved our holiday so much that we convinced our family to sail with Princess vs Celebrity to celebrate my dads big birthday. One couple has sailed with Celebrity. One couple were new to cruising and we have only ...

Relaxing Week in the Western Caribbean

For frame of reference this was my 7th cruise, 1st with Princess. I’ve cruised with Celebrity, Royal, Disney, and Carnival so that’s what I had to compare against. Overall this was a very enjoyable week! While not perfect, it’s was VERY good! (I don’t know how people can go on a cruise just to come home and post how miserable they were on Cruise Critic). The itinerary was sailing to Roatan, ...
