Hotel manager in the Cielo Dining Room was just amazing. He always welcomed guest with a smile and was welcoming. We saw Filipe at Breakfast and dinner and he always took time to speak to us.

"Leading by example" is always a good thing in the hospitality industry. Jackson demonstrates to exceed this statement, as we observed him in the BUffet area. He was always ask us if he could prepare some thing that we liked or made a recommendation on an alternative. Great to see that on cruises.. Princess should be proud to have Jackson on board.

Good Cruise, Great Music
"I had no idea one could hear such high-quality musical performances on a cruise ship, and I would go on Princess again, just for the music.Never having cruised on a large ship, I chose the 2-week Caribbean itinerary with Princess largely because of the low single supplement...."Read More

This was truly an amazing trip we loved every minute and every day on this cruise. The medallion on the ship was perfect all but one time you can order drinks anywhere and it almost comes to you. You have to keep your eye out the service team can’t always find exactly where you are at with your medallion. There was one time i ordered drinks and they did not arrive to me and was still taken those ...

Wanted a two week cruise in warm weather. This was back to back 7 days each Eastern then Western Carribean. A number of cruisers did this on the ship. Sailed from FLL Eastbound and returned to FLL. Got off the ship and got right back on - just turnaround, no unpacking (for those wondering.) Then Westbound and back to FLL. No issues with embarkation or disembarkation. * Princess building ...

We chose this Cruise because it went to different destinations in the Caribbean. We flew from London to Miami and transported across to Fort Lauderdale because we wanted to be with Americans. We have done many cruises from our home in the UK ,but they are always full of Brits and if we want to holiday with Brits then why travel all the way to the Caribbean? Might as well stay home. Boarding ...

New Years Cruise on Sky Princess: The Love Boat Excels in Every Way

We are veteran cruisers who have sailed on NCL, Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Holland America and Princess. This cruise was our 5th Princess and 20th cruise overall. Our main reason for taking this cruise was to celebrate my mothers-in-law's 80th birthday (this was her 1st cruise). Our Cabin was on deck 12 midship Aloha which is an accommodated mini suite. The cabin was spacious and perfect for ...

This was my first cruise in years and I had high hopes for an adventure to remember, with 4 ports and a lot to see. When the high winds prevented our docking at Princess Cay, I was still optimistic. We took advantage if the onboard activities and kept busy-- and well fed-- for the extra sea day. We made it into San Juan and the weather was good, but the excursion to the fort had a lot more ...

This was the first time I sailed on Princess. It will also be the last. I used to cruise relatively often and had been on RC several times, NCL, and Disney. But an illness made me afraid to cruise for a long time—maybe 10 years. So I don’t know if things have just changed for the worse in that time or if Princess is just not for me or we had a bad trip. I cruised with my husband, 18 year old ...

Upon arrival the scenery is beautiful. Then I made it to my room. It’s like you’re camping in an 80’s style RV. There’s no room for the height of a normal sized human being let alone sharing it with two people. The weather cancelled our departure to the Bahamas. They gave us no credit or any type of reimbursement for our inconvenience of sitting on this intolerable ship. This ship has barely ...

I liked that we were not assigned an embarkation arrival time--it never seemed to work in the past because most people came whenever they wanted anyway. This was my first experience using the Medallion system for embarking. The Blue line was lengthy, though did move along; the reception person retrieved my medallion immediately and I really appreciated the boarding information sheet she gave ...

Review Background: Mid 40’s couple and we took this cruise without our children. First trip with Princess, but have cruised with RC and Disney before this. We enjoy cruising for the adventure, the drinks and entertainment, and because we love being in the sun near water. Embarkation This was really a breeze for us, though I can see where others may have a completely different view than ...

Relaxing cruise in the Eastern Caribbean

We wanted to go to the Caribbean and I found a pretty good price on an obstructed balcony on Sky Princess leaving Fort Lauderdale on Nov 25th.  Never been on Princess before; we've done Royal, Carnival, Holland, Norwegian.  We wanted to relax but also see something we hadn't before (San Juan).  We booked flights and a hotel to stay the day before the cruise.    There were 7 ships in port ...
