Ship wasn’t ready to sail. Customer service was horrible! Not enough seating in Eatery and Arena. Most show in Arena were rock music, sound was too loud for ears, could damage hearing in long periods of time. Huge ship, but felt so crowded. The room looked nice but opened the curtains to the balcony and turned around to see hair from previous guests everywhere and something had been spilled all down the front of the table and fridge. First, it is a beautiful ship, but (a) the first 2 cruises were cancelled because the ship wasn't ready and (b) not all of the venues were open when we boarded what turned out to be the 3rd cruise.
