This was the third sailing of the vessel, so a bunch of stuff was not yet operational which is why she gets 4 out of 5. Whilst not everything on the ship is working, deck 19, the rest of the ship is fantastic. We had a mini suite. Thd cabin is well appointed, slightly disappointing that there was no coffee machine in the cabin but as we could get fresh coffee and drinks on the lido, literally just a 1 min walk from the cabin or use ocean now delivery, so not the end of the world. The room looked nice but opened the curtains to the balcony and turned around to see hair from previous guests everywhere and something had been spilled all down the front of the table and fridge. Nothing seemed to be sanitized ( same dirty rag to wipe down tables without a spray of disinfectant on all outside deck areas and the Eatery tables). First, it is a beautiful ship, but (a) the first 2 cruises were cancelled because the ship wasn't ready and (b) not all of the venues were open when we boarded what turned out to be the 3rd cruise. It was nice being on a brand new ship but we were really disappointed on what wasn’t open especially most of Park 19 and the arena. The dome was very busy when it was opened so we didn’t get a chance to enjoy it. The pools were nice especially the pool area in the forward of the ship that had two hot tubs. This cruise is absolutely awful!! The food is terrible in all the restaurants including the specialty restaurants. The lady who is the cruise director is awful!!
