We were a bit disappointed with our recent cruise on Caribbean Princess. There were multiple issues along the way that I will outline and will highlight the positives. We left out of Fort Lauderdale. The cruise we booked was for 6 nights and included port of Jamaica, Grand Cayman and Princess Cays. About 2 weeks prior to leaving, Princess cancelled Grand Cayman as since the pandemic they have not ...

We chose this cruise for our 35th anniversary 2 years ago. Covid had another vision. We were so relieved when they opened back up for cruising. All of the servers, room stewards, and the rest of the staff were so glad to be back cruising. I'm just not sure how they survived after not cruising for 22 months. I wanted to support them. Everything was so incredibly clean. The ports were very ...

Princess Cruiselines never fails to impress! We’ve just finished our 4th cruise and the level of quality has been consistent both before and after COVID. The buffet changes were handled very well also. It was a pretty seamless transition from self-serving to being served, cafeteria-style. Hand washing was encouraged inside each entrance and I’m confidence these policy changes would also ...

I chose this cruise because of the dates, as well as the destinations. I enjoyed going to the spa, Ma Hernonette Lapira gave me a few great massages and information about how to take care of my muscles. Marc and his team at the Sanctuary helped me get extremely relaxed and feel pampered. Lyn and Christina provided excellent service at Crown Grill, and John at Crwn Grill put in extra work on some ...

Expect to have no emails, texts, Facebook, Twitter, WiFi calling, maps, weather service, etc. until in port and you can provide your own service. Two ports of five canceled, The Azores & Casablanca, Morocco on a cruise called “The Moroccan Passage”. 16 day cruise from Saturday, 3-12-22, Ft. Lauderdale to Europe. The first evening WiFi was slow at 1-3 Mbps on Speedtest.Net. They claim ...

We chose this cruise for its ports...the Azores were cancelled 2* to high waves and Morocco was cancelled because paperwork was not completed...no indication who did not complete the paperwork. CONS Ran out of supplies before they left the dock ie no brandy to trade for the scotch in complimentary bar setup. Attempted to get a permanent seat for supper, but were told that we should have ...

was onboard for 23 days and went to eastern carib week prior to 16 day transatlantic crossing....We skipped saint thomas due to too many cases of covid onboard and overnighted in saint maarten but was docked with 6 other ships. Super busy port. During the 16 day transatlantic we had no internet whatsoever. They mentioned it had something to do with changing from one satellite to another. Skipped ...

I have cruised on Holland america, Disney, Celebrity, and Royal Caribbean but never on Princess. I heard so many great things about Princess that I decided to try. Our cruise was five nights to the Caribbean. The service was just horrible. I have no idea why because there seemed to be enough staff. The staff did not seem happy, not a lot of smiles. For instance, i asked for extra dressing ...

We choose this itinerary because it was just out islands. Food was so-so. debarkation was horrible because the ship docked at a far away terminal from the one it left and we required a shuttle to get to the parking lot, No one notified us of this and it was total chaos trying to get on the right bus and the driver was not helpful with our heavy luggage. Some entertainers were bad and did not have ...

First Time Cruiser • Age 50s

We had some extra credits after rescheduling our cancelled European cruise from 2019 so we found this 5 day cruise on a good deal. It was a shorter cruise with only 2 ports but being first time cruisers and knowing we had the same ship booked for Europe in July we thought it would be a great way to familiarize ourselves with the Regal. The cruise started rough with some poor guidance at the ...
