We honeymooned on the Crown in 2007. Had a great time sailing from NYC to the Caribbean and back. That trip kick started our love of cruising. So this trip was a homecoming of sorts.

Apart from a couple of days of wet weather (could not be helped!) our Alaska cruise was wonderful!
The food was fantastic (the best cruise food ever - some amazing choices) and the entertainment was also top drawer including a couple of great shows, and a guy who makes a piano sing and folks smile with his repertoire - Liam Stewart.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Alaskan cruise on the Crown Princess. The Crown has a promenade deck which allows you to walk around the whole ship. The Crown Princess is an older ship but well maintained and clean. Our stateroom was a Vista Suite aft on the Dolphin deck. The food was amazing. Everything was fantastic. The staff, the food, and the entire experience. All of our excursions was booked through Princess. I am impressed with Princess. We sailed on the Enchanted Princess in February and just did the Majestic Princess in a 12 day Land/Sea cruise. Ships are almost identical.
