Nice cruise! Lost two ports due to bad weather. Royal Navy Shipyard and The Azores. First time on Vista. Cabins are not sound proof! We could hear our neighbors loud and clear! First timers on Oceania. Embarkation in Miami was great. Quickly checked in and right onto the ship. We had one of the small suites, penthouse. Beautiful interior. Oversized outside veranda with loungers and 2 deck chairs was wonderful. Tons of storage space. Bathroom very nice. Run, run as fast as you can! The service on this ship was pathetic at best. The staff tried as hard as they could. However, I also think the lack of a proper number of staff causes burnout and permeates an "I don't care" attitude. We chose the Oceania Vista because it was a smaller ship. The staff were so nice, friendly, and accommodating in every way.
