My wife and I enjoyed our 11 day NCL cruise on the Jade very much. The food was excellent as was the entertainment. This 11 day cruise was a lot of fun. Most of the staff was great. We found the guest service staff not as friendly as the cabin steward, bar and wait staff who were all very friendly. o’Sheenans, which is the only restaurant open after 10 or 11pm, was not very good.
