This was our first transatlantic trip. We have sailed on Norwegian before and really had no issues. I can't say enough about the staff they were great, friendly and accommodating. I was thrilled to be on the Inaugural trans Atlantic sailing of the ESCAPE. I flew to London the day before, took the National Express Bus to Southampton, over nighted at a local hotel and took a cab to the ship. It was the UK so of course it was cloudy and raining.
