We are platinum members, and this cruise was a nightmare. First, we always get a handicap room, since my husband is very unsteady and uses a walker. Upon arrival, we were booked a regular inside room, which, means the bathroom has a step up and a very small shower. Our agent assured us he booked us a handicap room. Went to guest services and no rooms were available. Entertainment was terrible! ...

I have cruised NCL many times and have been on the Jade before. Things have changed with this cruise line. Customer service was not good. Could not get a water bottle or even a pad of paper and pen for the room. Was told this was only available for full suites and above, we had a balcony suite. This was my first cruise on Norwegian, but my 16th cruise overall. It was my favorite! The crew were ALL friendly, enthusiastic and fun. The food was good, service great, and the activities fun. We love NCL; this was our fourth cruise with them. Started with a weather issue and Bermuda drop as a port; we did not find this out until we were in the check-in line. My traveling companions and I stayed in 2 room balcony suites at the front of the ship. The cabins were spacious and well equipped. We had excellent service from our steward and butler. My only disappointment with the ship was that it was not always easy to find areas to relax. First time on Norwegian stayed in The Haven. Highly recommend staying in The Haven even though it is not adults only. The ship was very crowded. The Epic is by far the worst ship in the Norwegian line. This cruise it was loaded down with about 4300 passengers. I was totally incapable of accommodating this number of passengers.
