OVERALL - Very good value, we thoroughly enjoyed the cruise and would consider MSC in future. Joined the ship in Rome which was smooth and effortless. Ship is lovely and clean, balcony cabin was par for the course albeit cupboard space a bit tight for 17 days, shame our maid lacked the little touches, like ensuring we had the correct number of towels. We joined the cruise at Barcelona, as did many others. There was one girl directing people and one desk open. It was a shambles.
