We did a 119 night World Cruise, don't know why the menu here in CC says its only 50 nights. MSC delivers a lot of bang for your buck, though not everything was perfect. But the itinerary and the dining were awesome, although strangely the famous Kaito-sushi restaurant was closed during the whole trip. The internet was terrible and expensive. We had to get several visas, but few were actually needed. For example, we had to have a visa to South Korea to board the ship, but later we found that no one needed a visa to SK. MSC will not give me a refund for the unnecessary visa. My wife wanted to go on the RSG Oppiwater cruise. We travelled to Durban by bus as a first ever experience.
Was a good way to travel.... no toll gates to pay, relaxing and very cost effective. The size of the ship overwhelmed us... Like a huge big mall floating on water. We suggest you go with a group of friends to maximise your experience.

I travelled with the Oppiwater Kunstefees. The embarkation and disembarkation was very slow but allwrite. The food was good but not excellent, the cabin was very good/excellent. For a brake in live, we enjoy a boat cruise, no phone or laptops no work. The boat have enough lay back entertainment lounges with live music or top deck pools and bar. It was the first world cruise for msc. we had done two other world cruises with holland america and costa cruise. When we compered the msc cruise with the other two was very poor in several areas.
