This is our first cruse with Royal Caribbean and the last. We traveled with twelve of our friends and we were all very disappointed. First I am a sun worshiper. I sat there for about four hours and not one person came over to ask if I wanted a drink. Second we ordered pictures they told us it would be ready at 10:30 that evening, well it was not. They said come back tomorrow which was our last ...

Traveling with Royal Caribbean enables a family to have a holiday that suits all members of the family regardless of age and genders. The Cruise is so well organised activities can be enjoyed together with the family or individually. The Children's activities are well structured and age groups, groups put together to suit children and teens regardless of there age. There are quite areas on the ship ...

Day 1: Traveled from Southwest Florida arriving at the Port of Miami at around 11:30 A.M. Dropped off wife, brother and sister in law, along with luggage at the curb and had to park on the second level of the garage as the place was packed. Breezed right through security and walked right up to registration with all documents ready to go. Then we came to a screeching halt. Had to wait till noon in ...

About us: We are 49 and 50, we were celebrating our 29th wedding anniversary. 7th cruise not all on RCCL. We had been on Explorer of the Seas last year (February, 2006) when my husband got sick with the Noro and thus we were confined to our cabin for over 48 hours, we received from RCCL a credit to use on a future cruise, this being that cruise. I took every precaution; Purell, Clorox wipes, we ...

The Voyager of the Seas is a spectacular ship. I recommend it to anyone. For those that are single, this is not the ship to sail. I booked my cruise one year in advance. There was my mom, my son and eight other family members. Our ports were, Bahamas, Puerto Rico, Haiti and St.Thomas (all beautiful islands) We had a balcony room. Which was great because you had more room, you can get a good view ...

For your information .... This was my 12th cruise and second in a row with Royal Caribbean (for a total of 3 overall). It was my first large-ship experience with Royal Caribbean. Coming into this trip, I had no strong feelings anyway in terms of preference for either Royal Caribbean or Carnival, and to be honest, I did not expect this to change. I have had very good cruising experiences with ...

This was my 1st cruise. I booked in late Jan. '07, and paid quite a bit for a JS room for my 14 yr. old daughter and me. But luckily I had read up on cruise critic and knew to check the prices every day. About one month before sailing there were 6 JS left and the price went way down. I had my travel agent call RCI and I got an $850 refund for each of us, total of $1700 refund! The price only went ...

Embarkation: easy on,easy off for this cruise. We arrived at 11:35 and were on board in 5 minutes; we disembarked in 15 minutes. Royal Caribbean has a system where you can take your own luggage off. We had 7 previous cruises on ships from 800 to 2200 passengers so we were leery of this big ship. We needn't have been. The ship is managed in such a way that the number of passengers does not impact ...

Let me start by saying this was my 14th cruise,my 7th on RCCL and my wife's 6th with all of hers being on RCCL. We are a married couple in our early 50s but very young thinking. Arrival: We arrived a day early (Northwest Airlines) in Ft. Lauderdale and rented an SUV from Alamo. The line moved a bit slowly and when we finally got to the rental counter, they let us choose a vehicle. We told them ...

This was me and my husband's first cruise. I graduate dental school in May and this was my last spring break. I was counting down the days to get on the Voyager and go to the Eastern Caribbean... We're from NJ and booked our flight to Miami with Royal Caribbean (RC). The days leading up were unusually warm for March and then we got a rogue ice storm the night before we were supposed to leave. Our ...
