RIPPED OFF AND HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED, DO NOT CRUISE

Do not i repeat, do not book an norwegian/oceana cruise. You have been warned we are on the around the world cruise currently. the cruise is 196 days from miami florida to new york. It is utterly a complete disappoint. If i was to write every disappointment, we have experienced up to now it would be 10 pages. We are going to try to condense it. First, they advertises the best cuisine at sea. That ...

Great small ship in need of help

My husband and I love the small ships and have sailed on the old Rennaisance line ships under Princess and Azamara as well as Oceania. The Regatta is scheduled for renovation, and it is sorely needed. They HAVE to do something with the main showroom but it will be a challenge. This cruise was very relaxing, from Miami through the Panama Canal to LA. And we live close to LA so disembarking in ...

Perhaps our best cruise ever from a shipboard standpoint

Review for a Trans-Ocean Cruise on Seven Seas Mariner

Last time we cruised on Regent was four years ago and it was on the Mariner. This, over three week, voyage gave us about three months total on that ship. Soon after we boarded we checked out the Main Dining Room, The Compass Rose, and wondered if we were on the right ship. We weren't aware that the Mariner went through an extensive refurbishment last March. Quite a change in the MDR, not just in ...

We chose this 28 day back to back cruise as we had not been to Alaska in many years and all we had to do is fly one way as we live in Florida. We flew to Vancouver and since we had a penthouse we received a free night at the Four Seasons Hotel. Embarkation was easy and after a small lunch in the Veranda our luggage had been delivered and our cabin was ready. Service and food on the ship ...

Recommended by their exclusive travel agent Vacations to Go. Service was the very best Food too was the best of all cruises we have been on. Ship is small and lacks many of the other amenities of the larger ships. The cabin was very cramped. Washroom suitable for a child with step up at the door. I was told by other passengers that they prefer the larger Riviera ship which has much ...

The itinerary was outstanding. The cruise had two legs, Miami to Barbados, and Barbados to Cape Town, all part of a 180-day around-the-world cruise. On the first leg, we went from Miami through much of the Caribbean (Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao, Devil's Island, Martinique,St. Lucia, Grenada, Tobago, Barbados). On the second leg, we went to Brazil (Belem, Forteleza, Recife, Natal), then ...

I hadn't cruised in years, until serendipitously, I met another person interested in sharing a stateroom on the Insignia's 180 day Around the World Cruise 2016. When people ask me about the cruise I always reply, "There are not enough superlatives in the English Language to describe my experience." The stateroom, 4006, was 195 square feet, a size adjustment for two people used to our own ...

I sailed on the NCL Dawn on her repositioning cruise May 3rd to May 17th 2003, Miami to NYC. I will start with embarkation seeing that's where it all started for my wife and I, We got at the pier around 1:45pm and after a long line to get to the first counter were we showed our ID's and got our account opened then to the next room where we had to fill out more forms (there should be a way to fill ...
