Travel agent suggested Viking. Not disappointed at all. Great time with cabin steward, Jaya, to waiters and kitchen staff, and bar staff. Prior river cruise experience with Viking was excellent. We wanted to visit the Baltic ports and expected the same level of experience on Viking's ocean cruise ships.
