I have cruised NCL many times and have been on the Jade before. Things have changed with this cruise line. Customer service was not good. Could not get a water bottle or even a pad of paper and pen for the room. Was told this was only available for full suites and above, we had a balcony suite. This was my first experience on a cruise. Unfortunately, we booked 3 excursions ahead of time that were offered on the website and all 3 were cancelled. Not a fan of inside cabins, wanted to try one with a window that overlooks the Promenade. Hubby is claustrophobic so invited sister to experience this cruise with me. Cruise is terrible. Expect to pay way more once on the cruise. Absolutely nothing included. So u pay fortune for a cruise just to be nickle and dimed the whole cruise.
