Fabulous ship and overall experience

Review for a Alaska Cruise on Seabourn Venture

Our extended family of four sailed from Nome to Vancouver on a 12 day trip this past September. Seabourn Venture is superb. The design is a happy marriage of form and function. The finishings are exquisite. Everything- from suites to public areas to outdoor spaces, all impeccably designed and executed. I have not been aboard a better ship. At 355 square feet, the smallest suites are more ...

I am impressed with Princess. We sailed on the Enchanted Princess in February and just did the Majestic Princess in a 12 day Land/Sea cruise. Ships are almost identical. Everything was great--good food in the dining room and buffet, good comedians, great Enclave spa, good ports, no trouble disembarking or embarking, great bartenders, great room steward, etc. We especially liked the Medallion. ...

My wife and I had scheduled a New Zealand cruise twice but the covid hoax messed it over two years in a row. As a result, we returned to Alaska for the third time. It was actually preceeded by a fantastic Tripple Denali land tour. The entire experience was great. Uniglobe Ohio Valley Travel put together the perfect vacation package. If you can, do the glacier helicopter landing. Being on ...

Alaska via Princess Cruisetours

Review for a Alaska Cruise on Majestic Princess

Princess kept their end of the bargain here - we went to every port scheduled, all the restaurants, bars, shows, casino and everything else they promised was delivered. I am giving this review as a guide to anyone else thinking of this itinerary. First thing - the cruise tour package is stressful. There is a lot to get to see in a short time, and hopping from one to resort to another three ...

My husband and I went on this Alaska cruise as a celebration of our 50th wedding anniversary (which occurred in 2020, so it was actually our 53rd). We have been on other cruise lines; this was our first with Princess. We were so impressed with our trip that we wanted to share this information. Our stateroom was very clean and spacious....and we loved our balcony! Great to have the balcony ...

Since we are older, we wanted to take our children and grandchildren on a land tour of and cruise along Alaska. We chose the Sapphire Princess because it had a Grand Suite that could accommodate all 13 of us when we got together. We have sailed on various cruise lines and had different suites. The Grand Suite on the Sapphire Princess was far and away the best suite in which we have stayed. ...

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary on this bucket list trip. We had sky high expectations and were not disappointed. This was our first time cruising on Princess and will definitely cruise with them again. Our itinerary took us to both great natural wonders at Hubbard Glacier and Glacier Bay National Park as well as fun adventures like dog sledding in Skagway and whale watching in Juneau. ...

Royal Princess was great - Weather not so great

My wife and I just returned from an 11 day cruise/tour on the Royal Princess. Our cruise/tour stated on land in Fairbanks and we stayed in the Princess Lodges during the land portion. We had hoped that going in July would have resulted in a cruise/tour with clear skies a warm days but that was not the case. For the most part it was cold and wet the majority of the time with temperatures in the ...

We had such a great time. Princess knows how to make your vacation easy and memorable. Our cabin was clean and nice. We had a deck that we enjoyed through Glacier Bay and each morning with coffee. Our interactions on the boat with employee's were first rate. Each and every employee seemed to love their job and care about everyone on board. The cruise director staff was always ...
