Crew and staff were very friendly and helpful. Training was extremely poor and turnover in kitchen servers lost 40% over the trip with only 20% refilled. We had originally booked this cruise pre Covid (2019) with our American friends. Although we are Australians this was to be our sixth boat cruise which was deferred until Australian's travel restrictions were lifted. Boat and service was very good at first. But did not follow the itinerary and had to disembark a day early and was bussed 4 hrs to Pittsburgh. The itinerary called for cruising at night but captain would not. If they won’t follow the basic itinerary in ACL Cruise Guide then change it. Lost a full day aboard ship.
