Employees:
With exception of one on the third floor, at the reception table, all others were sweet, gentle and willing to help.
Big kudos to the cashier at the Amarillo Ice Cream and coffee place. He is very gentil. Also kudos to the Indian employees at the cheeseburger joint. They are amazing.

The Costa Toscana it’s a beautiful ship has a lot to offer. Great Amenities on board. Starting from the embarkation the experience was terrible. Complete caos, disorganized, very lazy and uncomfortable... get ready for at least 3 hours of waiting.

I feel like MSC improved recently, but I didn't enjoy this cruise on 2016, even though it was on a Yacht Club cabin.
Pros:
- Yacht club area was very nice: amazing pool and hot baths!
- Nice excursions, specially the one to Ilhabela!
- Decent saunas, and an exclusive elevator from the YC area to the aurea SPA!

Arrived in San Paolo to chaos at 5 am. 1 guy trying to corral 500 passengers, tag them and get them on buses who had trouble speaking English. Arrival at Santos was even worse. 3 large ships turnover passengers at 8 am in a terminal that accommodated maybe 500 people while 6000 were off loading and 6000 were getting on.
