I would like to start with what was good about the cruise. Two individuals stood out on our cruise. Angelica was so personable and engaging on the patio deck. Connie, the server in the dining room was very attentive and and friendly. The rooms were ok. The exploration ports were fine. Enjoyed the Mount St. Helens tour. Has a great time on the Hell Canyon boat trip. So now I will share how poor the ...

If you DON'T care about the scenery . . . or the service . . . or the food . . . or the lectures . . . or the cost. . . go ahead, book. ITINERARY: The itinerary we bought was a full day cruising the Snake and several hours on the Gorge. The company eliminated both. "Rolling river views," only available if you left the ship and rented a kayak. SERVICE: We had to call for replacement of ...

This was our first time on an American Cruise Lines voyage. The company came highly recommended, but we were very disappointed. The ship had been renovated with new furnishings, so looked very nice. The crew quarters were still under renovation, so the staff and crew shared the guest quarters, including the lounges. This made for a very unprofessional atmosphere. Housekeeping in our room was ...

The ship was relatively new and very nice with plenty of room in cabins and lounges. That is about all that I can say that was good The service was terrible, often so slow that you had to leave without your food to meet tour times etc. The menu mediocre at best, breakfast had no fruit, no yogurt, no pastries wonder bread and limited choices. Lunch and dinner was about the same. We did have 2 ...

Had owner suite. Nothing extra with it. No champagne no mini bar miss turn down 5 of12 days . Felt sorry for young untrained staff. They kept apologizing for their first time. Send email to Corp. ...

We wanted to cruise the Columbia River & Snake River because of the scenery. Red Lion Hotel pre cruise 1 night was filthy and lots of bugs in our room. Breakfast was very slow & limited to $12.00 unless we pay the extra. Embarkation day was ok. Our room was not clean & no towels until late that evening. After 5 days we asked to have the room vacuumed. It was done the next day. Only time ...

Wanted to experience the Columbia River and snake River. The trip was a huge disappointment. The ship was basic. No riverboat atmosphere. Cabins sparse. Veranda furniture rusty. Windows dirty. Food only fair. Often not warm and had to be sent back to kitchen Service minimal. Many dining room staff were not trained sufficiently. Four of them said that they were new-started the day before ...
