This was my first platinum cruise the perks were great. I read reviews on this ship prior and took it with a grain of salt. This is my review . I do not like to complain i work in customer service and the whole world is short handed ,but this was the worst cruise i ever cruised on.carnival needs to step it up!! i have been on freedom in the past. Bars by the pool during spring break always ...

We boarded on 4-7 I will start with the good, which was overwhelmingly positive. Then I will get into the not so good. The embarkation process was lovely. Smooth and fast. The room was perfect, SO much space. Our butler, Roselyn, introduced herself and while she was rather rushed (she had a lot of rooms to deal with) she was lovely and attentive. Our Junior Butler was ...

Wish Come True for Age 2, but some flaws

The ship is beautiful, the staff exceptionally friendly, food excellent. But there are misses. The App is a PITA. If you don’t buy an online package, you know, to try to detox from social media, you will be so frustrated with even the app service. An no written itineraries with events so you have to find and watch and wait for a slow scroll of events in the hall or go to your room and navigate ...

Exceeded my expectations

Many time cruiser but first on the Royal mega-size. Exceeded expectations, yes there are 6000 people but they're spread out and there are some nice places to hang out without crowds like the Central Park. Had five grandchildren along (ages 3 to 14) and they all found fun things to do. Coco Cay day was impacted by cold rain but I'm sure when the weather is nice it's even better. Liked the ...

Great staff they were all so friendly. Yes there is not a lot of bathrooms throughout the ship. The entertainment and food is solid a good amount of party’s. Plenty of bars though. Had to wait 1 hour in a line getting of the ship. With the new elevator technology they have at times elevators take forever and can be crazy. For kids you will have to walk through the casino it’s no seperate. For ...

My 10 year old son, my sister, and I decided to trade the grey Chicago skies for some Bahamanian blue for Spring Break. In the past, we've cruised Royal Caribbean, Carnival, and Norwegian as a family. My sister has cruised MSC several other times, so we decided to give it a shot. Based on the price, we paid I was very happy with our experience! Food & Drinks We only ate in the dining room ...

This was our first cruise in about 10 years and we had both kids and older adults with us. We all had a great time at each port and I’d recommend the shore excursions we did through carnival. We had no problems getting on and off at each port- seemed organized and quick. We enjoyed all of the entertainment team organized activities we did on the boat, especially the trivia games. The family feud ...

Good Trip on the Carnival Liberty

We’ve just returned from a three day cruise out of Port Canaveral with Bimini as the only port of call. We enjoyed a post cruise night at a port hotel to celebrate a birthday. The cruise was a great success. Our party consisted of two couples. We’re all in our early 60’s. One member in our party had special dietary needs. Specifically, he has a tracheotomy and must eat via a feeding tube. ...

Royal Caribbean Adventure of the Seas 3/15/24.

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Adventure of the Seas

This was our first cruise experience. We have always done the ‘all-inclusive’ vacation packages to our chosen destinations. We were on the cruise with cousins. None of our bids for stateroom upgrade were accepted. We had an ocean view room with a queen bed and a sofa that made into a double bed. Storage was incredibly ample. The shower was cramped and the bathroom reeked of urine the entire ...

Lovely cruise with a few "buts"

I've been on MSC in the Mediterranean before (Poesia), as well as Princess, Costa and other, smaller cruise lines. I'm a 40+ European and used to work on Princess Cruises in the Carribean and Alaska as a waiter some years ago. I have a decent idea of how things work on the ship and also of differences between cruising in the US and in Europe. I'm a massive fan of cruises and follow very closely ...
