No excursion booked with the ship. We opted to just walk around the pier area and spent the rest of the day on the ship, as did many other guests. We thought we would have had the pool to ourselves but were surprised at how many stayed back. We would have like to visit Atlantis, but found the excursions too costly. Maybe next time.... Read Less

Beach wasn’t over populated, it was nice. We ate at a place at Fish Fry, I cant remember the name. It was good. Great service a huge portions. We then walked up Junkanoo beach hung out with locals til it was time to walk back to ship. Read Less

We thought that there would have been more water slides but the leap of faith slide was definitely worth the excursion.

The sting ray at our encounter got spooked so that portion was cancelled (and we were refunded) but we had a lovely day at the beach!

We always visit Junkanoo Beach. Its a free public beach within walking distance of the cruise dock. There are restrooms on the beach with outdoor showers. This is not a fancy beach, but has the beautiful, clear water. There are several spots for drinks or lunch here. You can easily rent chairs and umbrellas. The first day we visited Seagulls for drinks and rented one chair for a place to keep our things off of the sand. The second day we visited Crabs N Tings for drinks and lunch. Sue let us use a table and chairs for the whole time we were there. Again, not a fancy place, but fun none the less. Read Less
