The main stop on this tour was the Romsdal open air museum showing traditional Norwegian culture--a charming place with traditional buildings and crafts, and a group of young girls performing folk dances to a traditional fiddle. The tour also visited the Molde cathedral and a stunning vista point above the town. Molde is the "city of roses" and is beautiful and charming. ...

Royal canceled my "Best of Molde" excursion so not much to say here except the "Atlantic Ocean Road" tour. Personally, this tour is NOT worth it. An hour bus ride to see the bridge, and you got to spend 15 mins here, if you use the restroom or get something to drink or eat, you'll have 2 mins to see the "007 No Time to Die" bridge. Don't get me wrong, it's a beautiful bridge. Another hour bus ...

Romdalsmuseet was REALLY worthwhile- loved the children dancing and singing and loved the old houses preserved for the museum. Some of the other spots were not as good, but this made the whole tour worthwhile. ...

We took the Atlantic Road excursion, which ended in Molde. This was a very lovely town and we would have liked to have had more time to walk around and stayed a night or two. There is a large and new soccer arena and some high-end hotels in the town since the town hosts one of the most renowned international jazz festivals each July with many visiting celebrities and artists. The portion of the ...
