Amazing ship! Even at full capacity felt like the ship was not that crowded. I wish the port times were longer but found plenty to do on the ship. Crew was amazing, we were always greeted and felt very welcome. The food in the MDR was good! The buffet was very good and was different every night. Plenty of activities while at sea. One of my favorite thing about the ship was the observation ...
This cruise was simply outstanding. There are always a few caveats, and I will detail these below. I will categorise the review into several headings. Partially obstructed balcony Deck 15. Very forward facing sea at front. No obstruction. Delightful. Clean, modern, large and quiet.
Food: excellent in MDR and Wold Buffet. Occasionally, a bit cold in MDR but always tasty and fresh but ...
Getting there
Brian and I booked the Panorama to the Mexican Riviera last year for our Spring Break cruise. We took advantage of a very rare free Cheers promotion, and used it to the fullest!
We took the chance of flying from Las Vegas to Long Beach the morning of the cruise. It was a little stressful, but we took the first flight in the morning, with plenty of flights throughout the day ...

My wife and I just got back from a 7 day Mexican cruise on the Discovery Princess . We have done this itinerary several times and our goal for this trip was to enjoy the ship, not the ports. I have been reading comments on varioujs boards for several months and noticed that some folks think that Princess is going to hell in a handbasket and some folks think it is better than ever. I will give you ...
I've always wanted to visit Hawaii. This cruise made it possible to go to three of the islands in comfort. Our cabin on 5th deck was delightful. Plenty of storage, a full closet, and the best designed bathroom of all the many cruises I've taken. One possible improvement could be with the shower door. It tended to open when the ship rocked. We tried several of the eating options; eating mostly ...
Eight of us including my 87-yr-old mother just got off the Discovery Princess after 7 fun days. This was my 12th cruise (3rd with Princess); one will never get all of your favorite things on one cruise. Many things that others complained about were not a problem for us. Being Canadian, we spent hours in the hot tubs even on the cool days and enjoyed watching movies from there. The ratio of deck ...
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this cruise! From the customers service, the friendless, the food, the music, Polly the Cruze director, the pools and hot tub, shopping, rooms. Everyone is so personal. We exorcisms want to give a shout out to Budiarta our State room attendant. He was amazing!!! He made us feel like family. Always happy, always smiling and always friendly. The rooms are ...
On Saturday January 20th my family and I boarded the Carnival Panorama in Long Beach for a Mexican Riviera cruise to Cabo San Lucas, Mazatlán, Puerto Vallarta. We joined a few other families that also have children like we do.
In short the trip was AMAZING and I highly recommend it. If you are looking for a tiny intimate boat with a small amount of people, obviously the Carnival line is not ...
We wanted to escape the Virginia cold, so we booked a 33 Day Cruise on Viking. It was our first Viking Cruise, and we were very impressed. The staff were excellent. Cornelia, the Cruise Director, was a sweetheart! After one morning visit to the Cafe Bar on Deck 1, young Ganesh had memorized our names, knew what we wanted and provided me a Cafe Con Leche and Blueberry Muffin for the next 30 days! ...
