I did not go to La Paz. It is really far from the port. I went to a place half way because my daughter wanted to go snorkeling. It cost $30 US taxi each way. I bought a day pass for the hotel next door while I waited for her. So if you plan to go snorkeling. It is expensive and they did not deliver as they took her on 2 dives to play with sea lions. Nothing elese. ...

we took the long bus ride to hotel california in todos los santos on ship's tour "historic todos santos". the included lunch was basic, but quite good. the bus ride is long, through mostly desert landscape. if you are not a shopper, i would not recommend this tour. ...
