Not much here, to see anything you had to do an excursion, we did not, our friends did, 1.5 hours on a coach with very poor air con in temperature of 33 - 34 degrees, not pleasant. The UNESCO site was great, but far too many people and no shade. Better to go out of school holidays when things are a little quieter. ...

There was a free shuttles bus to the town from the port. I was surprised how nice Brindisi was as I had not heard great reviews. We just wandered about and came across the Cathedral and went inside. Got lots of lovely photos from around the town, it was really Lovely. ...

the entire town was closed, it was sunday. Why did we stop there if everything is closed ? at least there were free shuttle buses from the ship, it's about a 10 mins bus ride to the town. ...
