Let me start by saying staff are FABULOUS however the rooms are very shabby, like a poor quality 3* hotel at best. They are kept as clean as possible by the staff but the carpets are grubby and stained, the sofa also stained and grubby from age not a lack of attention from staff.

Thought we were getting a special deal but couldn't be further from the truth
Within minutes of embarking had been told we needed to upgrade even although we had already paid to upgrade. Basically we were stolen from by MSC .

WE chose this trip because of the itinerary despite reading a lot of negative reviews. BIG MISTAKE. The food in the main restaurant was DISGUSTING. The staff was arrogant and unhelpful. We have done Celebrity and P&O before. Enjoyed both of them.

My husband and I took this cruise as part of our honeymoon. I strongly recommend taking any other cruise line other than MSC Cruises. They are a nightmare company to work with. My husband and I are from Canada and we travel all over the world and really have had no major complaints in our travels except for MSC. Spend a little extra money and stay clear of the MSC Poesia.

I cant be more unpleasant with this Cruise. The service in the Bars, Restaurant, Lobby and all in General was the WORST Service Ever. All the personal in the Ship was really Rude. I don´t recommend Costa Deliziosa to any body.
