Terrible experience

Embarking on this cruise I was surprised there was no covid screening requested or available prior to embarkation. Given the majority of passengers were seniors and there were 3500 people sharing what amounted to a sealed tin can, I found this a little odd. After 7 days our cruise turned to rubbish: My wife contracted covid and was isolated to our room. Despite sharing the same room but ...

We chose this cruise so that we could travel from Adelaide and to experience the East side of Australia with the highlight being the Great Barrier Reef excursion in Cairns. Our cabin on arrival was very cold and noisy from the air conditioner which had no option to turn off, only adjust the heat. We made the necessary adjustments to the basic control however many hours later it was still very ...

A disorganised, disappointing, deceiving cruise line.

My extended family and I paid very close to $20,000 for this cruise to New Zealand. In addition, my siblings had travelled from Europe for what was supposed to be a meaningful, therapeutic and pleasant experience. We had lost both parents to Covid and this was the first time we had reunited - we were looking forward to a magical New Zealand cruise experience. It was far from magical. The lack ...

Was hesitant in booking with P&O but thought since all the problems with Covid they would be on the front foot so to speak in attracting customers to their cruise line. Having been on 10+ cruises with other cruise lines…Carnival, Royal Caribbean etc, etc I don’t expect 5 star accommodation or dining. I would be totally happy with a 3 star experience. I must say this cruise was 1 star at ...

We thought it would be an experience for our grandchildren...but Disaster...booked a family balcony room, the second double bed was the rock hard couch that the cabin boy pulled out, putting extra duvets on it to make it more comfortable...not good enough, when we Paid $4200 for 4 nights..Royal c did not help on any way, nor Cruise co..the only person to help and give any service, was the girl in ...

So disappointed!

The Cunard line is far too convinced of its own distinctive name. Sadly, the brand is more McDonalds than Michelin star. Perhaps it was the best line on offer at some point in the LONG DISTANT past, but we would never bother again. We waited and queued to embark for so long, like cattle to the slaughter- and there was no priority queue for suite passengers- which set the tone of service for the ...

The Cunard line is far too convinced of its own distinctive name. Sadly, the brand is more McDonalds than Michelin star. Perhaps it was the best line on offer at some point in the past, but we would never bother again. Ship was tired and shabby, noisy and creaky. Service was non existent. Everything was too hard for any staff member to consider. Butler? What butler? The food was average. Happy ...
