We just returned from the October 16-23rd sailing of the NCL Gem from
Venice. I was somewhat apprehensive given the range of reviews - we decided to "see for ourselves". I'm glad we did! We had a fabulous time!
EMBARKATION: We arrived around 2pm. The arrival hall was basically empty so we were checked in and on the ship in 10 minutes flat. The cabin was ready so we didn't have to go to the cafe loaded with bags to wait for entry.
