Long time supporter of the Virgin Brand so for 1st ever cruise decided a bit of loyalty would have its rewards. The ship itself is awesome. All aspects of what the vessel has to offer I am sure are hard to beat, restaurants, cabin, fitness capabilities, cleanliness (I know it’s new) we’re all excellent. Crew is willing but inexperienced, ask the same question 5 times, you get 5 different answers. Entertainment was only mildly entertaining, Scarlett night a fiasco, nobody had a clue what was going on, although 100% of paying customers appeared willing to join in the activities if we knew what they were. Other entertainment very difficult to book. The Virgin Voyages App has a 2 rating on the App Store, how I don’t know, a 1 rating would be high praise indeed. Food and drink always available, you never go hungry. Beach club day was great, shore visit to Costa Maya was a waste of time and money, had better days at the shopping mall. So overall

A mixed first cruise, would do it again but Mr Branson needs to work on the execution, after all this was not a $399 for 7 nights Royal Caribbean price tag.

Cabin Review

Excellent, creative use of space and great crew member services

Port Reviews

Costa Maya

Seems like the country is unfinished, 2 hours of coach time for excursion could have been better spent with a cold beer or two

Bimini

Excellent, good food facilities and outstanding beach
