We chose this simple 4 day cruise just to get back to cruising again after 5 cruise cancellations this past year. We wanted to see for ourselves the new protocols and procedures that are currently in place. We wanted to be prepared for the cruises we have booked for early 2022. This was a fun, short, cruise that answered those questions. Princess , and particularly the Grand Princess were well prepared and super health conscious and did a fantastic job to make sure we were happy and safe. Large gatherings were few and were outside around the pool. Shared touching of items was greatly reduced (grade your own Trivia quiz), food at Buffet is dished to your plate by gloved staff. The good and the bad? The ship holds 2,600 guests. Even with a Drop and Go special there were only 687 guests on our cruise. This was only the 5th cruise for this ship since the Covid 19 pause. I heard no cough or sneeze from staff or guests the full 4 days of the cruise. Overall, I would do it again for sure!
