i chose virgin voyages initially due to the 18+, all inclusive slant. the more i read about it, the more i found i’d love it. i had booked originally in 2020, but due to the pandemic, it got pushed but also the virgin staff were SO helpful every step of the way.
our voyage was the second ever voyage of the scarlet lady. the ship is beautiful, modern, technologically adapted, and i only got lost a few times. our room got upgraded to a sea terrace, and we LOVED it. the hammock was shockingly comfortable and the outside space to call our own was a great little relaxation space. it did get warm during the day, but the two sets of curtains did great at keeping our heat and light.
our cabin staff went truly above and beyond though! they got us additional sheets, was prompt with ice and water requests, and helped with anything and everything.

BEAUTIFUL water and beaches!! the trams were great to get around. a pity we couldn’t easily visit the town without getting a taxi, but the resort was beautiful, big, and fun.

GREAT port with great shop selection!! the kakaw chocolate shop is great, and the shop workers at origin were so helpful and informative.
